Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Five of us visited for lunch and this place was hopping. There are a ton of choices: rice, soups, chicken and beef dishes, fish, sushi, salad bar, dessert bar, soft serve ice cream, and American foods (pizza, wings, etc). Since it was busy today, food was refreshed frequently and almost everything we ate was very good. We didn't care for any of the beef dishes. Crab rangoons were top notch today. Every employee we encountered was very pleasant and a waitress came by frequently to clear our empty plates. The environment is very decorated but not irritating. And my daughter loved the fish and turtle tank at the entrance. This is our second trip and we will definitely come back.

Cannot think of a single reason why I would not come back. This place is, by far, the best Chinese buffet I have ever been to. I live in Madison and travel a LOT. So to say I haven't tried others, would be a mistake. This place gets an A+ on cleanliness, service, decor, and most important FOOD. Great variety, good quality, and constantly replenished. You will not find cold leftover food sitting out. It is no wonder that every time I visit, the place is busy. Keep it up staff. We will keep coming back.

Low quality food. Only luke warm. Prompt dish removal and friendly staff. Not nearly the variety or quality of food as the New China Buffet in North Prairie, WI.

The promise is variety. And when you look at the numerous buffets, with shiny, well-lit dishes laid out upon them, it FEELS like they've delivered on it. But then you bring some food back to your table and you realize that it all tastes pretty much the same. The chicken in many of the chicken dishes is dried out and overly fried. Vegetables are meager, the best you can hope for is some broccoli. I'm not sure why we went there, we probably shouldn't have. My wife had memories of enjoying it years before. It seemed like a quick, easy, and hopefully enjoyable way to have dinner. But after eating there, it took my body about 24 hours to readjust. We won't be back. In fact, I may never eat at a buffet again. The secret to Chinese food is fresh food hitting a hot wok, and there are plenty of decent places where they make your food to order. Our favorite is Number 1 Chinese in De Pere. I would have given this one star except for the fish tanks that entertained my toddler.

Not bad for the price. Drinks are included. What I really like is that they have soup, a nice egg drop, mushroom, or wonton soup which were all decent (none amazing.) They have a pretty underwhelming variety of hot dishes to choose from, but they do have some sushi (ew) and a salad bar. A lot of the chicken dishes lacked flavor, except for a few which were actually pretty good, my favorite was the bourbon chicken. The roasted chicken had no flavor whatsoever. What really bugged me however was the service, the people working there looked incredibly grumpy and were not welcoming to customers at all. I can't really blame them, I'm sure people waste food and stuff all the time, but I did pay $11, try not to look at me like I'm the scum of the earth while taking away my (empty) plate. Also, I don't know what it is about Green Bay, but there seems to be obnoxious children everywhere- breathing on and destroying the presentation of the food everywhere. I know it's unfair to pin that on the restaurant though, I just wanted to complain about it.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. No other way to put it besides awful would never give them a penny.

It is a regular buffet, they hardly ever restock the fried shrimp but they do have wonton soup on the bar. (which happens to be my favorite). Other wise it is basically the same o'l same o'l that you eat at a buffet. The place is OVER decorated. When ever we go here the children we take have a hard time paying attention, because they are too busy looking at all the stuff everywhere. When they do have music playing usually it skips during the middle of the CD. It is worth it if you like the same stuff that you usually get. NO CRAB LEGS!

Great price for a wide variety. And unlike another reviewer commented, the peanut butter chicken tastes vastly different from the bourbon chicken, and so on. For a quick budget-friendly lunch, nothing beats this place. The price isn't an excuse, either - the food is good. I particularly love that I can even get my small sushi fix here as well - a very small selection of various rolls can't fully satiate my east-coast sushi cravings, but it tides me over until I can get to a legit sushi restaurant.

The food was not good, more like horrible. I had human beef that was not spicy, the little meat that was in there was tough and everything was a weird red color. I will never go back again. The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly.

The current incarnation of buffets, especially Chinese, is all about variety; my review reflects this context. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes and while I find some expectedly underwhelming, there are quite a few I find not just tasty but of pretty good quality. I generally find the staff adept at both maintaining the replacement rate of food troughs and removal of plates. Sushi offered at buffets is usually bland to inedible, interestingly I find the sushi (usually 2-4 options) fairly tasty. The atmosphere is fine, depending upon your surrounding diners, and has basic cleanliness (again, in consideration of a high traffic buffet). Overall, good for what is expected.
